Letters of Fall: H is for Hot Chocolate

First I must apologise for being away so long and not telling you all. Please forgive me.
Over the past week I have flown from the States to England and have driven across half of it, visiting family and friends that I haven't seen for almost two years.

It's been a whirlwind of fun and emotion. We have also arrived to a beautiful winter wonderland scene. I can't begin to share all the things I'd like to that I have experienced over the past week. Everyday I stop and think, "I must blog this"!
But I'm going to be a much better blogger from today and share as much as possible!

So to follow in the 'Letters of Fall' today is dedicated to Hot Chocolate and Baileys, my new favorite drink that I've discovered over the past few days. Baileys is a lovely creamy Irish liqueur which tastes like heaven in the mouth and paired with chocolate {every girl's favourite} its just simply....AMAZING!
{below is the recipe}

Baileys Hot Chocolate Recipe:
10 oz. of milk

25 g of dark chocolate

1-1/2 oz. of Baileys Irish Cream
Step 1: Boil milk.
Step 2: Pour half the milk into a jug with dark chocolate.
Step 3: Leave to soften and whisk until smooth.
Step 4: Add Baileys and the rest of the milk. Whisk again. Pour in to two heatproof glasses and top with whipped cream and chocolate curls.. even marshmallows.
 {optional but well worth it}
Sipping hot chocolate by an open fire... a perfect little R and R during these colder days that have sprung upon us, especially in England {it's been below freezing everyday}!
