Ringing in the New Year with Kirstin Krason from 6th Street Design School

Today we have interior designer extraordinaire, Kirstin Karson from 6th Street Design School. Her style and designs are always so beautiful, creative and fresh and her blog inspires me with ideas and beautiful pictures of interiors everyday. Having just opened her own interior design business, she has definitely made her mark on the interior world. Based in Utah, USA, Kirsten offers a wide range of services including E-Services and design consultations. This year you can look forward to seeing sneak peak's into some of her recent projects... I can't wait!!

Now over to Kirsten to share her 2010 highlights, 2010 inspirations and forecast. Enjoy!

Highlight of 2010:

My highlight of 2010 was graduating from college. It was a long time goal of mine and many many times I thought it would never happen. But I kept going at it. The day I finally graduated was one of the proudest days in my life.

2011 inspiration:

This quote has really inspired me for 2011.  I think we all have things that we love in life and if we don't fill our lives with things we love we are missing out. So this year I intend to do lots of things I love and that doesn't only include design. I want to spend more time with friends and family. I want to experience new things and travel. Life is too short not to do what you love!

2011 Forecast:
In 2011 I am looking forward to sharing more client projects with my readers. It's one of my favorite things to do and I know my readers love it! I am just getting loose ends tied up on projects and then hopefully I'll be able to photograph them and share some wonderful projects!

Thank you so much Kirsten for being part of my series! I hope 2011 brings you everything you hope for and more.

Don't you feel inspired after reading that, especially the picture quote.
May each one of us do what we love and do it often!
I really want to live by that this year.

If you haven't already checked out Kirsten's blog then head on over there and follow her through her daily life as an interior designer.

Tomorrow I've got another great gal who is into interiors, fashion and more. She even got to work with the Rue Magazine Team- lucky thing!

Make sure to pop on over tomorrow and follow along!
