Ringing in the New Year with Michaela from Michaela Noelle Designs

As January is coming to an end (only a week to go, can you believe it?), so will the New Years guest posts. It’s been amazing the support I’ve received from fellow bloggers and new followers and I just want to say simply…
Thank You!!
I’ve learned so much about some of favorite bloggers and have formed some great relationships. The future is looking very bright and I’m looking forward to seeing what 2011 brings for everyone! It is going to be very exciting.

To bring the series to a close, I have a very special and sweet lady with a very special talent in interior design. Currently studying for her degree in interiors, she’s already proven her talents on her blog and I know that there are great things in store for her. She really is one of the sweetest bloggers out there and her posts always brighten my day with her contagious joy and happiness!

Here is the talented Michaela from Michaela Noelle Designs

Imagine {Highlights of 2010}:

There were so many highlights of 2010!  This year has brought lots of laughter and a few tears, but I've made memories I'll never forget!  Here's a recap in pictures:

As a Freshman in college, attending Seattle Pacific University, I met my best friend in whole world, Leta (:

Finished my first interior design project- a little girls bedroom

Leta and I went to a Seattle Mariners game!

Summer began and I spent many days with my friends soaking up the sun at the beach in California!

4th of July in Tahoe, California.  Made this cake to celebrate!

My friends and I watched the fireworks from the top of my grandpa's truck. AMAZING

In July I started my blog!  FINALLY.  Blogging has since become a huge passion of mine, and has brought such joy into my life!

Went to Disneyland with my brother, Colin.

Made some crafts over summer for my new apartment

Threw a 80th vintage-themed birthday party for my sweet grandma.

School starts and we moved into our new apartment.

I turned 20! I'm so old!

Completed my first inspiration/color board for my drafting class

Decorated our apartment for Christmas

Went home for break and decorated my house for Christmas with my mom

What a fun year!

Create{Inpirations for 2011}:

What inspires me to make this year even better is my family and my future and my passion.  I'm so blessed to be learning how to do what I love (studying interior design), and I can't wait to graduate and really start the rest of my life (:  All my blogging friends also provide tons of inspiration and encouragement!

This quote is also a huge reminder that if you're passionate about something, you can achieve great things! If you're confident in yourself, you will fly (:

Play {2011 Forecast}:
This year I'm looking forward to learning all I can in school, making new friends in the blogging world, being creative, inspiring others and being inspired, taking risks in fashion and design, spending time with my family and friends, and creating memories that will last a life time.  A few personal goals are to drink more water, do more random acts of kindness, always have fresh flowers in my home (they make me smile!) and to choose JOY always (: I really just want to spread love and a whole lot of laughter:

Thanks for having me, Amber! You're such a doll (:
